Sea Watch Unit 1614- Beautiful Ocean Front Condo has been completely UPDATED

Our unit is located at 115th St. and Coastal Hwy. It is on the 16th floor with gorgeous views of the ocean. From the balcony you have ocean front views as well as views of the bay. It has been recently renovated , completely painted throughout. I have converted the den into a 3rd bedroom for guest privacy. The master shower has been replaced with a beautiful frameless glass system. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have new, queen sized noise free frames . I have tiled floors throughout with accent rugs, granite kitchen countertops and a fully equipped kitchen.
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with a wall mounted TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room . Blankets and pillows are provided. I provide bed linens and bath towels which will be dropped off at the condo. At the end of your stay you will just need to put all the linens and towels into a provided container. You will need to bring your own beach towels..

The condo is comfortably furnished. The living room has a 42' flat screen You will find wall mounted 42" wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms. There is a 38 inch wall mounted TV in the 3rd bedroom, as well as puzzles, cards, and other board games.
Just outside the front entry door is your personal, conveniently located laundry room. Inside the laundry room you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, "floaties" (which are allowed in the ocean but not the pool ) and crab nets. Off the pier at 123rd street bayside ,the children love to watch their strings move away and catch small crabs.

The balcony has all new furniture including a rectangular table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges.

You are just steps away from the sand and surf. You can hear the relaxing sound of the ocean waves from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Enjoy having morning coffee on the balcony while watching the porpoises swim by just off the coast.

There is so much to do at the Sea Watch- indoor/outdoor pools, a baby pool, tennis courts, 1/2 basketball court, pickleball courts, exercise room, theater room, game room and sauna await you. Across the street are movie theaters and the Gold Coast shopping mall. Lions grocery store is just a block away. There are many restaurants within walking distance or hop on the bus and ride all day for $2.

Sea Watch charges $50(CASH) per car for the length of your stay.

Rentals restricted to a MAX number of 8 occupants. NO high school senior week stays are permitted . There must be at least 1 person over the age of 28. My unit is NON-SMOKING. Sea Watch property is also non-smoking and pets are prohibited by renters at Sea Watch. Come enjoy the sand and surf at my condo.
During peak summer season , June 1, 2024 through September 28, 2024 I rent full weeks only Saturday to Saturday.
