A beautiful, roomy cottage in a quite setting, with full kitchen and comfortable bed! Great location to lighthouse, gift shop/restaurant, and beautiful white sand beach! We would stay again
My wife and I had a wonderful experience in Maine with family and friends and a large part was due to the cottage and hospitality of our hosts and cottage owners Sue and Bill! It is in a great location and convenient to many things. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be repeat visitors!
Very nice little cottage by beach. The hosts were very accommodating and very pleasant. They were not aware of our reservations through VRBO for some reason, but were quick to get the cottage ready for us and make sure we had everything we needed.
I stayed here while visiting family and friends in Nee Harbor. It is a cute little place, and the hosts were very helpful re: parking and checkout process. The property is accurately described on the website, and I would definitely stay again.
We had a delightful 3 night stay at the cottage. Bill was a breath of fresh air after a 10 hour drive from NJ. We came for a wedding and also the nearby hikes and beauty of the area.
Bill and Sue’s property was perfect for what we needed. We were in town to visit our daughter and her husband in Bristol Maine. The cottage was a perfect home base to get some rest and to sleep at night. The cottage is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Snowball Hill Cottage is charming - it looks just like it pictures. Plus a lot of nice little touches - outdoor swing and glider, nice selection of teas and coffee, etc. Very nice location on the Pemaquid Peninsula - near rocky coast, sand beach, light house, river for canoeing, hiking, and lots of art galleries. Bill and Sue were excellent hosts - easy to reach and happy to answer any questions.
Sue and Bill are excellent hosts. Very friendly, attentive and non obtrusive. The cottage is just as pictured, extremely clean, equipped and welcoming. We loved the original artwork and special touches.
We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to going back.
Lovely rustic cottage that is clean, quiet and quaint. Tastefully decorated with local antiques and pictures. Pleasant deck. Bathroom has been modernized. Kitchen has the basic amenities. King bed is comfortable. Great location near the beach and sites. No TV which was fine for us. We were the first Vrbo guests - owners very helpful and friendly.
Great location. Wasn’t sure how to check in but found the door open and they stopped by about a half hour later to say hello. Really a cute and comfortable cottage. Could use a bit more cleaning. Mildew on the side of the fridge, dusty table tops, cobwebs in bathroom corner.
This is a sweet Maine cottage, basically a bed area and full kitchen. The Morton’s years as Innkeepers at Round Pond certainly come through. They have anticipated every possible thing one might need. The kitchen was very convenient, a Keurig and a small coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans.I brought my own coffee. There is a nice tea selection. Bill Morton’s pretty gardens are a nice addition. The cottage is very clean and there is a very nice new bathroom with large shower. I liked the big fluffy towels. I enjoyed my stay here.
We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It had everything we needed, a small kitchen, a very comfortable bed and it was very clean. Owners were gracious and kind.
It was a breeze to rent and the property was quaint cottage. Would definitely return there.
