*Newly Renovated Single Family Home w/Private Pool

Wake up on a wide canal in Key Colony Beach with up to 50 ft of dock and open water to both the Atlantic and the Gulf within minutes. The fenced pool has waterfalls and heats on request. Out back: a tiki hut, screened patio, 6-burner grill, kayaks and bikes. Four bedrooms sleep ten in a split layout built for two families. Sunset Park, the beach and restaurants are a five-minute walk. Two pets welcome, and the driveway fits a boat trailer.

Fees: pool heating is available on request for $200 per week. We welcome up to two pets, with a standard $200 additional cleaning charge. If a pet is not house-trained and causes damage in the house, further charges may apply case by case.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had an excellent vacation at Rachel‘s VRBO. It was perfect as we could tie up our boat. We Enjoyed the pool use the grill and it was set up great for vacation. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and the location was close to all the activities in Marathon. we would definitely come back.

Nice clean house in quiet neighborhood. Lots of dog friendly restaurants close by. It was cool and windy when I was there so we did not swim but the pool is very pretty and has a fountain. The landscaping is amazing and the tiki is fun. The dock is nice but a bigger boat may have a hard time tying up. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely perfect! If this home is available on the dates for your Keys trip do yourself a favor and book it. There was plenty of room in the home for our party of 9. The pool was excellent for cooling off, very crisp and clean. The dock was a good fit for our 24 ft boat. Very easy access to the Atlantic Ocean just turn a left at the end of the canal and for the Gulf just head straight to the Vaca Cut bridge from the end of the canal. Rachel was very prompt in her responses to our questions and provided all the details for check in and check out. A "key" piece of advice (no pun intended) roll at 25 MPH or less on the roads while on Key Colony Beach, you will thank me later! Well I hope I didn't give such a great review that I won't be able to book this great home again next year. Safe travels!

Diamond of a property

The home was exactly as described and in my words: impeccable, delightfully decorated (nautical theme), amazing location on the canal and perfect for our family! We took our adult children (18 x2 and 21 x2) for a graduation trip. Everyone immediately fell in love with the property. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, tiki hut, swimming pool and dock on the canal. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well! We had planned to rent fishing equipment but the boys were elated that it came with the rental! Kayaks and bikes (we didn't use bikes because of the heat) and beautiful sunset views a short walk down to Sunset Park. We saw manatees, dolphins and nurse sharks from the dock. Can't beat it! Our only suggestion (and I say this lightly because our stay was PERFECT) is to have some beach chairs available for not only the beach but by the pool and dock for fishing and a cooler for use. What a great week and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!!!!

Perfect Key Getaway

Beautiful.

This place was gorgeous and great location. We had a great time with our family. It was very conveniently located near many tourist places. The only complaint I had was the discomfort of the bed and couch. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
