Step inside to experience the grandeur of the open floor plan on the main level. The chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a welcoming coffee bar. A contemporary living room with plush seating surrounds a large 70-inch TV, ideal for family movie nights. The adjacent elegant dining area completes this inviting space.

Outside, the covered lanai overlooks a screened-in pool with a spill-over spa, lounge area, outdoor dining space, Ping Pong table and poolside Tiki bar. The air-conditioned garage-turned-theater room features 10 movie chairs, a 120-inch screen, and a Wii console.

We were so happy with this home. It was beyond our expectations. The 9 bedrooms were huge with very comfortable beds. The pool and spa was amazing. The pool, spa, grill and tiki bar right out the sliding glass doors. We enjoyed this home so much we only went to the resort once. Best Stay Ever!!

This was the perfect property for the purpose of our stay! My organization brought a group of very deserving youth to attend the Pop Warner Super Bowl as spectators. The different themes in each room, heated pool, movie room and overall accomodations were nothing short of amazing. The kids will never forget this experience! Family Vacay

The stay was great. The house was clean and had plenty of stuff to do for the kids and teenagers, between ping pong, pool table, swimming pool, and resort water parks. Only downside is the theatre room AC was not working, so it unusable during our stay because it was so hot (early July.)

Friends and family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! The rooms were great, all the kids especially loved the slide and the lightning effects in the super hero room! The pool was the perfect size for what we needed, we added the pool heat which I HIGHLY recommend because the hot tub after a long day of walking parks was amazing! The location of this house was perfect because you have lots of privacy at the pool being a corner lot with trees. Also, a quick walk to the clubhouse! The host was extremely accommodating from the moment we booked. Every question and concern I had was answered right away. We had to get the pool cleaned half way through our stay and they had someone sent within the hour to have it cleaned. This house is perfect for families to come together to have an unforgettable vacation, I know we did!

Do NOT stay here. On the surface, it looks great. We had more than enough beds and baths, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, there were roaches in some bathrooms and rooms. My nephew had one fall in his hair when he went to the bathroom. The toilets were dirty around the back of the toilet seat, so we had to clean it. Even though it’s a pet friendly location, there was a lot of pet hair on the living room carpet and by the pool. The theater room also smelled like a mixture of pet hair and old popcorn. Two people had to leave and book a stay elsewhere for the rest of the trip. The theater room is outdated and impossible to use. You can’t stream anything. We had a Netflix movie playing, but it cut off midway. It’s also a hassle to enter in the WiFi password every time just to attempt to figure out how to stream. We had to rely on the stack of DVDs that nobody wanted to watch. The slide in the kids room was broken, and my nephew ended up with scratches on his back and arms. One of the pool table pockets was ripped, so someone could easily get hurt if a ball fell through it. I addressed all of these concerns on cleanliness, maintenance, & safety to the host, and he dismissed everything and refused to issue a refund. I told him before we checked out that we'd send a list of issues we faced, and he said we can take our time, but even after showing pics for proof he said we waited too long (a week) and can't issue the refund. 2 stars, wouldn't recommend.

Very pleased!!

This by far was our most favorite stay!! Especially the kids!! They loved the slide!! Even though we made arrangements prior to our trip to go to Disney and other places, we didn’t have to because the house was good enough and the amenities we were offered through the property was more than enough!! We definitely brought some of our own kitchen things but the house was well stocked! My family and I were all comfortable & didn’t want to leave 😢. We will gladly stay again!!!

Great!!

We stayed at the house for just 2 nights but it was lovely. We had a mini family reunion with grandparents kids and grandkids. The house was awesome and the kids loved the slide and the cinema room. Pro tip, put a pillow or some blankets at the end of the slide. According to the kids it is fast and they liked the soft landing. Why did we even pay for park tickets when the slide was the highlight?!

Great Place to stay

The house was well maintained and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for our family of 14 that traveled over the weekend. There is plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other in the living room, movie room and pool. There are also plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The host was very responsive and responded almost immediately to our communication. There is everything you need close by like grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and gas stations. The Disney parks are about 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

The house is beautiful, very clean and in a great area. Twenty-one of us stayed and were very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and there’s a lot to do without having to leave the house. They have a gaming/theater room, pool table, ping pong table, pool, jacuzzi and great patio with a grill. The kitchen is a great size so we were able to cook and sit all 21 of us. AND the owner was super nice and responded quickly if I inboxed him with any questions. The price was also very reasonable compared to the other houses I looked at. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Mr Carl for making my daughters graduation weekend even more amazing!

Not the house we rented

The house that we were supposed to stay in. I got a call a week before saying there was a glitch in the system and someone else had the house we wanted was rented already. So we had to take another home. It was nice but no where near the home we booked first. We were upset.
