About this property

Family Friendly Beach House ---Gator Dunes

Newly renovated beach house with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1.5 baths and French doors that open to the sunroom with 2 Twin Beds (new air-conditioning unit) This home is right on the beach with a path that takes you to the beautiful sandy beach. A sundeck to watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Also, an outside shower for showering off after a day in the sun. Washer and dryer.

We have high speed internet, big screen smart TV and Cable.

This kitchen has new microwave, Kreuig coffee maker, toaster, instantpot, fridge with ice maker, new quartz countertops and a flat top stove. All the utensils needed for cooking are at hand as well. New laminate flooring throughout the entire house. Also a Charcoal grill with utensils. Outside patio seating while grilling.

Just enough room. Very comfortable. Great beach location with nice outdoor deck. Great covered front area as well. Perfect for small family and older adults. We had a great time and highly recommend! Wonderful parking!!

Perfect summer retreat

My wife and I spent a most relaxing and enjoyable week at Gator Dunes. The house is a tastefully updated Florida cottage. The open concept was perfect for time in the house for meals, playing games and watching movies. The house was well equipped, and the hosts were very responsive. We have stayed at Alligator Point many times, and we like this area the best… ability to walk on the beach all the way to Bald Point State Park during low tide and no public access so very quiet. We rented a tandem kayak from 21 Palms for kayaking, played golf at St James and visited the Tiki Hut and Seineyard Rock Landing for meals. Wonderful July 4th fireworks in Carrabelle. We would eagerly stay at Gator Dunes again!

Just like coming home!

Exceptional experience during our stay at Gator Dunes! The Owner was very accomodating and easy to contact. The house is extremely clean and stocked very well. The home remodel is still very evident. The furnishings were great. The location was perfect for us as we prefer a direct walk to the beach from the back door. Plenty of beach in this area and definitely not crowded. The free standing elevated deck in the back yard served us well as our son is a moon, star and planet gazor with a telescope. We just can't say enough about Gator Dunes. Thank you Bob! See you again, soon.
