We very much enjoyed our stay however the bed in the king-size bed the frame was broken and so we contacted the owners and ended up having to remove the frame and I had no results or contact with the actual owners. We just put the frame in the hallway and put the mattress on the floor the bed in the living room Hidee a bed we had an adult single sleeping on it, and it was so uncomfortable that he was unable to do that and had to sleep just as on the couch other than that the unit was clean handy items for beach were provided and we had a wonderful day.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you very much enjoyed your stay overall, found the unit clean, appreciated the beach items provided, and had a wonderful visit. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the king bed frame during your stay. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so that it could be addressed. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the sleeper sofa. While sleeper sofas can vary in comfort depending on individual preference, we understand it did not work well for the adult guest in your party and will certainly take that feedback into consideration. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Big Island in the future.

Saltwater pool is amazing being right on the ocean. The place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, although we ate local fruit and a lot of rice and spam. centrally located perfectly between town and beaches with a mini mart at the front of the condos.

Two Thumbs Up

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for what my husband and I needed. Kitchen is well stocked, the patio space is nice to get outdoors, and the space is in a central location, close to all tourist attractions but not too far from the local places we wanted to visit as well. Only downside is no AC but that is common on the island. Fans in all the rooms were helpful in keeping it cool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. First time was a year ago, not much has changed. We love the lower unit and the complex itself. The saltwater pool is a plus in my opinion. Having an indoor washer and dryer is a plus. We love the location and there is a mini market right in front in case you forgot something. The management company is great to deal with and always accomodating. Can't wait to come back again.

We loved our stay here and will definitely look forward to returning the next time we are in Kona. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The bed has a bit of a dip but was still comfortable. Sheets and linens great. We loved that we had all the amenities for spending a day the beach. Two things that were frustrating was that the washing machine (with a light load) would shake so loudly we were worried the neighbors would be disturbed. The other was the bedroom blinds that didn’t close all the way. We had to put a towel over a portion for privacy. Hopefully easy fixes. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and it was nice and quiet here with the convenience of a store for all our needs in front of the property. Thank you!
