Location, Location, Location!! Welcome to the World's Most Famous Beach! This place couldn't be in a better spot located on the corner of South Atlantic Ave and International Speedway Blvd. Everything from here on out is in walking distance!! We are located on the second floor with a beautiful beach view. We have a Brand new pool that overlooks Daytona Beach. Once the day starts to end go on back out to the pool area and enjoy a beautiful sunset while the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean cools you down!!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice beach front vacation :)

We were definitely happy with how close the pool and beach was from the room. The room itself was clean, decently stocked and comfortable. Having small children, it was definitely a plus that it is located where there is no beach driving. Pool and pool area was nice and clean, kiddie pool was perfect for the little ones and direct beach access from the pool area was open and easy to access.

Nice spot to stay

Unit was fairly clean. Staff was in the parking lot trying to keep it clean daily. Walking distance to a few spots to eat. Unfortunately the steakhouse attached was closed due to construction/road repairs I believe. Would stay here sgain

Great Stay

Our stay was great. Code for the door did not work but the owner answered right away and I was able to get in from the lock box. Only difficult part of the stay was figuring out how to work the shower system(so many knobs😅).

We only were in and out in one night and unfortunately the weather was icky. But the condo was nicely renovated and very convenient with location. Woukdfor sure stay again.

The room itself was decent. The bathroom was very nicely updated. There were large dead bugs on the floor and one crawled out of the air vent in the ceiling. We had a rental car and someone flattened one of the tires on it the first night we stayed. Over all, it was just ok.

True to description

Stayed with my 20 and 16 yo daughters.It was a nice lil place. Nice shower also. Had lots to do in walking distance. You can see the beach from the side window. Easily to have your car parked close to your room. There was a baby pool and another pool that went up to 10 feet which is also nice and a gate to walk right out on the beach. And the beach outside the building doesn't allow people to drive on!! Would stay again.

Bugs in room

Upon check in we discovered dead bed bugs and dead roaches. We left and came back a few hours later and inspected the room again and discovered live bed bugs and live roaches. We then had to search for a different hotel room which wasn't easy finding one being the weekend of the Daytona 500. We contacted the property owner and informed him of the issues and he stated that he had the room sprayed on a monthly basis which it had obviously been recently sprayed due to the condition of the dead bugs. He was then kind enough to give us a full refund which wasn't much consolation considering we had to shell out 350 bucks for another hotel room so we lost 100 bucks.

Landon, I must have missed this but I assure you there are no bugs in the condo. They must have been aggravated during the construction phase but now that is over and Pool is open!! Come give us another shot!

AC was set to FREEZING and couldn't be changed. It was probably 60 degrees in the room and the AC would not shut off even when turning it to 90 and there was no off setting. Roach in the shower as well. Barely a trickle of water in the bathroom sink. Woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Not sure where it came from but something must not be sealed letting outside smells come in. We've stayed in this building before and know the location is great but we won't be staying in this room again.

We only stayed for one night but we would stay there longer next time. While the building itself is older, the unit is freshly updated and the cleanest place we have stayed. Even though we weren't able to access the room until 3pm Jason allowed us to get our parking pass early so we could walk around and go shopping. Restaurants are also walking distance and the beach and boardwalk are steps from the building.

I just love all the amenities that are all so close by. Whether you are there for a convention, we are across the street or if you just want to be on the beach its our backyard. Maybe you just want to relax in the pool and overlook the beach you can do that too!! It's just a relaxing spot to be in.
