Excellent location, very close to epic and universal. Only about 20-25 mins from Disney. Does need some updating, and bed sheets had some long hair still on them. Looks like the washer needs a good cleaning or upgrade to help with that. Overall good experience!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to every question. The property location is great. It is a 5 minute drive to Universal’s Epic Universe and 15 to 20 minutes to Disney parks. Also it is the closest condo building to the wonderful pool.

The property was ok but the staff around the pool was not friendly. My daughter asked for a cup of ice to put in her baby’s water and they charged her 6 for it.The room was large but the living room furniture was very tired.

I’m glad to hear that you found our condo spacious and the location convenient. I’m sorry to hear about your experience at the pool area. Please note that the pool staff and any charges at the pool are managed by the resort, not directly by us. However, I understand your concern and will share your feedback with resort management. Regarding the living room furniture, our home is regularly inspected and maintained, and we work hard to keep it comfortable and welcoming for our guests. We always appreciate guest comments and will continue to make improvements whenever needed.

The stay was perfect. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had no issues but she was easy to reach to answer any questions we had. The unit was clean and as advertised as the description and pictures show. The unit was full of extra amenities that made our stay even more pleasant. (Kitchenware, towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies)The pool area was overcrowded..HOWEVER, for those staying here please note that you have access to their sister property that’s a short walk away and they have 2 additional bigger pools and bar. Location is perfect. We walked to the convention center for our son’s tournament and Epic Universal studio is literally across the street. The stay was great for families. Grocery store, restaurants all within 1/4 mile or less!Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
