It features a living/dining room with a TV, sofa bed, and a large dining table, opening onto the terrace. Internet access is available. A separate fitted and equipped kitchen is available. A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and access to a balcony is available. A bathroom and separate toilet are also available. Wi-Fi is included, as are bed linens provided. A secure, closed garage and a swimming pool are available in the building.
