Gorgeous City Villa House

Beautiful home in upscale & lively Chevy Chase/DC neighborhood. Just blocks to prestigious Mazza Gallerie Mall, restaurants & bars. Half a mile to Metro station & 1 mile to American University. This spacious home has:
Upstairs Master bedroom w/king size bed.
The Blue room w/ queen size bed. The teal room w/ queen size bed & all w/ walk-in closet’s.
Downstairs has living room w/ access to deck, backyard and playground.
Dining room m, half bath, foyer, spacious full kitchen w/ all cooking necessities. The basement has our private unit, with laundry for you to use the laundry only. The host only stays in the basement, no guests has access to the basement.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was in a great location for our short family trip to see D.C. It was close to all public transportation, stores, restaurants, etc. Nice neighborhood. Very Clean and Comfortable! Great Location!!

The property was very close to American University. The house was very clean and updated. Comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying here again. House was very cozy and comfortable. Hygge for sure!

Great location, great house for families visiting American U

Great house, lots of space inside and out. Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Only one full bath so better suited for a family, not a group of adults. But it’s so close to everything and easy to go back roads to AU (5 min away).
