A 41 m² apartment completely repainted and rearranged this year, tastefully furnished and fully equipped, located on the seafront of a residence with direct beach access, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and the Golden Isles.
"Le Plein Soleil," located in the town of Le Lavandou, specifically in Cavalière, with a capacity for 4 people, includes: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 - new bedding) with its own terrace of about 9m² with a sea view, as well as a flat-screen TV, dresser, and storage wardrobe, with carefully chosen decor.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and an additional small refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, classic and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, and kettle. It opens onto the living room (air-conditioned) with a sofa bed (140x190), television, table and chairs, recliner chair with footrest, and small nesting tables opening onto a loggia of about 4m² with a view of the sea and the islands.
The bathroom includes a vanity unit with a mirror, a shower with a sliding screen and dual shower heads for added comfort, towel dryer, and washing machine. The toilet is separate and equipped with a hand basin, mirror, and electrical outlet for more privacy.
The rental is on a fine sandy beach, "residence with direct beach access," about ten meters from amenities and restaurants, 7 km from the Jardin des Méditerranées natural park in Rayol Canadel, 30 km from Toulon - Hyères airport, and 47 km from Toulon train station.
It has WIFI and various brochures on nearby activities and walks. There is also a possibility to store bicycles in a designated storage room.
