Clean and simple

The house was clean and has everything you need, no frills. It was a nice place to relax at the end of a long, park day.

great place but……

Is a great place for a couple of days/week. Much cleaner than other rentals we’ve stayed in. Property manager was quick to respond. For long term rentals ( which we were), some suggestions such as better mattresses, pot, pans, bowls, and kitchen appliances need to be replaced,

House was clean and organized. Outside pool area was clean. There were no baking sheets for oven cooking, had to purchase them and leave behind. Bbq grill was in really poor shape for the price paid. Heat in spa was not up to temp, lost a day with no heat after contacting host and was not credited daily amount for pool and spa heat.

The pool heat was reading 89°F on your arrival day. When you reached out, your message was specifically about increasing the spa temperature, and we promptly provided instructions on how to adjust it. Since we didn’t hear back afterward, we understood that the issue had been resolved. Regarding the baking sheets, they are located in the drawer under the stove. We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we could have quickly directed you to them and saved you the inconvenience of purchasing your own. The BBQ grill is provided through an external rental company. If we had been made aware of its condition during your stay, we would have contacted them right away to have a replacement delivered. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we’re always available during a stay to address any concerns in real time.

Overall great stay!!

We had a few issues with the property but they were quickly remedied! Communication between the property management team was excellent. I hope they take my advice and do a walk through to update some items that are a little run down. Overall we had a good stay :)

Couple staying for Disney Trip

The property itself was great. Excellent responsiveness from the property manager. However we were not a fan of the staff in the club house, and the gated access was inconvenient if you didn't have a vehicle.
