great place to stay!

this house was perfect for what we needed it for. close to all the parks, but far enough away to where you can just chill at the house and swim at the pool

Lots of space for 8 people. Had everything that we needed except hand soap in all 6 bathrooms, no paper towels….. nothing other than tissue and shampoo to help get us started for the week. Other than that All was good. The house was beautiful, and Rafael responded in a timely manner and took care of any issues that came up right away. We truly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again. 20 minute drive to Disney and about and he drive to cocoa beach.

The house was unsuitable for my family stay. The pictures on the site were deceiving. My family was very disappointed and disgusted with the filty carpet throughout the home. The bed mattresses were urine stained and bedsheets were gritty which had to be washed. The washing machine dispenser was dirty. The walls were dirty. We reported the condition of the home to the host and he did send a cleaning person to the house to try to clean, but the she couldn't clean the carpet. The carpet needed to be professionally cleaned and our family decision was not to stay in the home in such bad condtion. Our family stay was cut short from 8 days to 3 days as we found alternative housing and relocated. Keep your standards high with no excuses! EA

Solterra

Great location- located in a quieter part of the resort. House is spacious and clean. Lots of dishes, and kitchen tools to cover all needs. Pool heat was the best we’ve had ( over 90 each day) Only concern was difficulty opening and closing patio door- especially for a senior or young children. Good starter kit provided by company, but would suggest you bring own pool towels ( provided ones are small & scratchy) We always bring our own toiletries; dish/laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, toilet & paper towel, but appreciate that small starter kits were provided. No bugs in the house. Some Carpet and furniture showing age, but comfortable and well thought out for vacation purposes. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great family get away!

Large, clean property with the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub along with the game room and PS4. Very prompt and responsive property manager. The entire experience was enjoyable from beginning to end. We hope to be back again!
