Coastal decor welcomes you to unwind in the spacious living area, or relax on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor pool. Comfortable King size bed, granite countertops, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room make this your perfect home away from home. Step outside to spend the day on the beach or play in the pool, lazy river and kiddie pool.
Resort offers a fishing pier, tennis and pickleball courts, scenic walking paths, 2 restaurants, an ice cream shop and a Starbucks onsite.
Make sure you venture out in Pawleys to experience delish dining choices and unique shopping!

*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
