Located inside Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious and private 24/7 gated community with tons of resort amenities for your use. Your vacation home comes fully equipped with a newly renovated game room, private heated Pool and much more.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy a home cook meal or if you prefer not to cook there are hundreds of restaurants just a few minutes away or just click away from your favorite food delivery app so that you can continue to enjoy the warm Florida sun.

Smart TVs in every bedroom to enjoy your streaming shows/programs like Disney Plus or cable TV which are included for free. Don't want to miss the sun, no problem just turns on the large outdoor TV by the swimming pool and deck to watch the game or listen the latest and hottest tunes via (Spotify included, Pandora, iHeart, YouTube, etc...)

Our home is perfectly placed in a tranquil Cul-de-sac, and it comes fully furnished and stocked with all essentials for the kitchen, bath and laundry room and the home consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The covered lanai has been furnished to pamper you, your family and friends while protecting you from the hot Florida sun.

This home has been updated in 2021, including brand new exterior paint, smart TVs in every bedroom, 70" Smart 4K TV in the family room with RGB ambient lights and a leather sofa.

By the sunny pool you will find the outdoor 55" Smart TV with Alexa, patio furniture throughout and don't forget our Game room with, PS4, 65' Smart TV with changing RGB ambient lighting, pool table, air hockey and much more! We carefully chose every item for this house to make it ours and your dream vacation home.

Four (4) amazingly comfortable bedrooms all with TVs including a King suite, a Newly Renovated Game Room with state of art Arcade Machines and extremely fast Wi-Fi built on top of a state-of-the-art Fiber internet backbone.

Everything you need is on one level, there is no need for unnecessary stairs.

Enjoy the perfectly Heated and Private Pool, with a massive additional Pool, Spa and Saunas located at the Emerald Island Resort clubhouse.

Perfect for families with children

We stay at rental homes a couple times a year and this was by far the most comfortable and accommodating. So many nice extras and touches for our kids. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we would have had more down time to enjoy the home.

Great house well equipped!

The house was exactly as pictured. We were so thankful for the complimentary snacks provided upon arrival. It was nice to have coffee in the morning since we didn't have time to stop when we got there. Owners very responsive. Would stay again if we are ever back in Orlando.

Best in Emerald Island

We’ve stayed at a few different homes in Emerald Island and the location and amenities are great. This home was easily the best of the bunch. The owner has made updates to furnishings and appliances which we appreciated. Also, the overall level of cleanliness was exceptional. The position of this home with the resort is great. The view is super nice and the cul-de-sac location is quiet. We hope to be back for another stay soon.

Fantastic attention to little details

The home her was well set up, game room was a lot of fun, wifi was great, tv in every room was a hit with kids. Towels, bathroom sundries, and pool towels were all provided. Beds were more comfortable than the Disney resort we were at earlier in our vacation. Would definitely return.

Great property

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciate the bathrooms had soap and shampoo plus travel size toothpaste and a new toothbrush if you forgot your own. Basket of snacks on the table and water bottles in the fridge were a nice surprise. Plenty of seating for our family, everyone was comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, one of the only places we’ve stayed with basic spices available. Felt more like home than your typical rental property. We would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Short little Orlando trip

We did have a small hiccup with getting the access code to the property. We called VRBO who helped us get in touch with the owner and get it before we arrived. Please note when you arrive you do check in first with a guard then have to go into our amenity center to get a pass. They changed me $20 for that. Once we got to the property it was great! We had a great time playing in the pool and game room.

Quiet neighborhood close to everything

Everything was great! The host provided a welcome note and snacks to get started with our stay. It made us feel very welcome. Once we explored the property a little further, we discovered that the host also left many toiletries that are commonly forgotten at home. Great host, great place! The home was very welcoming and felt very homey. The pool was heated at no additional cost, so that was a great add in as well. The game room was a lot of fun. The host proactively contacted us during our stay just to check in and make sure we were not in need of anything, which was nice. The only negative that we experienced during our stay was during checkin at the clubhouse. The folks providing the gate key for the neighborhood were not as hospitable as the host. When I walked in to the clubhouse, the workers were talking amongst themselves, without verbally acknowledging me, slid a paper for me to fill out and said $20 and walked away. Obviously, the host doesn’t control the clubhouse, so definitely not a negative towards the host in any way, but based on the clubhouse experience, we did not return for any additional clubhouse amenities. Overall, I would definitely stay again!! Thanks again for allowing us to share your home and your attention to detail!
