Great location for Road Atlanta, less than 20 min from the track. Host provides everything you need and there is plenty of space for a large group. The house was very clean, check-in/check-out was very quick and easy. Host communicated well.

The house was beautiful. There were some things that could have been better. The deck needed cleaning, the smoke alarm kept going off, and there were some pests (insects) but what home doesn't have that from time to time. The upstairs thermostat was turned off which lead to some time for the upstairs level to cool off. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for your kind review, Lynn. We have addressed the problems you mentioned though we were only made aware of the malfunctioning smoke detector during your stay. Even after changing the battery, it continued to beep during your stay so we could only replace it. It was replaced after you departed. We have also scheduled our bi-annual deck cleaning and will increase the frequency as needed. Finally, we have quarterly pest control services and we could have scheduled an interim treatment if we knew you encountered pests. No worries though - we have now scheduled an extra treatment. Thanks again for your review!

This property is exactly as advertised in its online listing. The property is close to dining and shopping and the kitchen is well stocked! The check in and check out process was simple! We have family in the area and our extended family stayed here and had a great time, we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend stay with family! The home is beautiful, well maintained, and in a quiet area. Special little touches throughout the home to make you feel at home and welcome. Spacious and Well Stocked in a Convenient Location

This was very nice and spacious home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Our main purpose for renting was to be close to Koury Farms wedding venue and it was a perfect choice. The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. We have stayed in many rental homes and this was the cleanest with the easiest check out process, by far.

Family Group in town for Christmas

Like all the other groups, my family enjoyed the stay. Perfect location, clean, lots of space. Furniture could be a bit bigger for the size of the space in the main living areas, but that's such a small thing. I can't say enough about the prompt communication of the owner. Very easy to work with and very pleasant. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Nice, big house.

Needed a large house for family attending nearby wedding. The house was immaculate. My only complaint was the road noise when staying in the master bedroom. Bring ear plugs.
