The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the hot tub . Replace and secure the hot tub cover. Turn off the fire pit and ensure all embers are fully extinguished. Clean the grill and turn off the grill burners and gas valves.
Return outdoor furniture, cushions, pool floats games & pool table accessories to their designated locations. Close and secure the patio umbrellas. Dispose of cigarette butts. No butts in fire pit.
Please take out the trash inside and outside ( bin near hot tub ) Place all garbage and recyclables in the outside bins on the left side of the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect our neighbors -keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Please replace the hot tub cover after use. No smoking/vaping indoors.
Children must be supervised at all times (Pool, hot tub, BBQ, fireplace and fire-pit) No glass containers in or around the pool or hot tub.
Fire pit, BBQ, fireplace must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished after use. Clean the grill after use and turn off gas/ burners.

The house is beautiful and amenities are wonderful. I felt very safe in the community in which the home is located. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, they responded promptly, and they were accommodating. I would recommend anyone to stay here and would love to come back! Thank you.
