The place was beautiful. They do have a camera at the front door (OUTSIDE) which I was completely fine with. Overall the place is in good condition the they could use new shower heads, the water comes out a lil strange.

Overall, a great stay for our budget! Outdoor pool area was not clean on arrival, as well as several of the comforters I washed myself. We had trouble with the smoke detectors going off - my husband replaced the battery and our last night it kept going off. The host was very communicative and helped every way possible. Towels were stocked well. Dishwasher did better with cascade pods I brought.

Great Experience

The house was fantastic, and the location even better. While we figured out how to use the entry gate early on during our stay, it proved to be a challenge for many. I assisted many with their QR code to gain entry.The only thing I would mention is perhaps more toilet paper, dish liquid, and laundry detergent be supplied. Especially for guests who are staying for an extended period of time such as myself.I would definitely recommend this house, and return to it for future visits.Thank you,Krista

Spring break

The property was beautifully decorated and an amazing amount of space for our family to stay for spring break baseball. The location ended up being perfectly situated for all of the different diamond locations we needed to get to in addition to close in proximity to Universal Studios, WDW and all things Orlando. The Club at Champions Gate was wonderful to have access to, but the house is a bit remote and not easy to walk to any dining, drinking establishments. We had a couple of clarifying questions for the owners and they did not necessarily respond as quickly as others I have rented from in the past, but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Orlando area.

Pleasant & safe

Property was clean and as advertised in the listing! Our kids loved the themed rooms. Located in a very secure and quiet location close to Orlando attractions. Had difficulty getting into the house as the door was not programmed at midnight but the managing company was helpful. Somewhat disappointed that the kitchen is stocked with only bare basics. No hot pads for the oven, not a lot of serving bowls or containers, no pizza pan even. Made it difficult to cook and have leftovers for storing things. Overall it was a pleasant place to rest and relax after our daily adventures

Nice with a few hiccups

We did enjoy our stay, there was however a few things I didn’t enjoy. We found that there were a lot of little things broken, and a little unclean. There were some old dirty hand and finger prints on doors and stuff. The Island where there’s chairs to sit is full of dirty foot prints. We had 3 huge cockroach’s in the house which for me is just really gross. Found old tissues in the couch and little things like that. A few broken and damaged things from previous stays, drawers, closet doors, door knobs, etc. I did like the home, it was nice. The necessary things are there, beds were comfy. Of no fault of the owner our wifi didn’t work for about 5 of our 7 days which was a really big inconvenience, however the issue was being worked on and finally they changed the modems.

meh… It’s ok… The #1 asset of this place is the size. Dinning table (along with glasses, plates and utensils) and couch can confortably sit 10 people, fridge is big, kitchen has a lot of space and the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are perfect for a big family or group of friends. The pool and outside area is not as big, but that’s probably not what you are looking for at Orlando. But then comes the « meh… » Pots and pans are available, but the clearly had better days… Matress is IKEA quality Pillows are very thin and weak Fourniture, again IKEA type fourniture and used for a few years by people who don’t care… so they’re used, chipped, broken at some place, etc . That giant couch is sagging Towels are provided, but no washcloth and only 1 kitchen dish towel The pool table isn’t stable and not levelled properly. The grill has probably been bought at walmart for 100$ 5 years ago… Overall, everything is there, the size of the place makes it great, the look is modern, but the words « exquisite » and « luxury » just shouldn’t be in the description of that place…

Don't judge a book by its cover

We picked this place because all the pictures showed how nice it was. When we got there the beds had stains, the carpets as well, and you can tell it was half assed cleaned. In addition, the furniture was beat up and looked like someone brought it in off the streets. I texted the property manager about all the cobb webs and the fact that we had no wash clothes but 3 drying towels and the response I got was "We don't provide wash clothes", so we had to go pay for some. All in all the stay SUCKED....

Beautiful property!

What a beautiful property! My family and I decided to getaway for Father's Day. I'm so glad that we choose to stay at this property. Even though it's a bit far out, this property along with all of the amenities are top notch! The only con that we would have is, Ants! They were everywhere inside the home, but after we grabbed some ant spray, it was a minor detail. I would definitely stay again, we really enjoyed ourselves. I didn't rate the communication with the property manager because we didn't have to reach out to them, as everything was great.
