Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. The White Sands offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and two free parking space.
This apartment sleeps up to thirteen guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together.
The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30-35) per pet per night.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

It was great! So much to do right there. Ocean and boarwalk are 1 min from property if that. We had an amazing time and would stay again.

Oc cruise weekend

I had been a bit disappointed that there was 1 place to park for a place that sleeps 13. There was also no screens in any windows so it stayed hot or you had to run the window ac units and they did not work that well. But the location is great and the place was nice over all

Good spot

Place was clean and the ac worked well. Outdoor shower use is a must. Indoor shower did not work very well, but it was ok. My only complaint is that the maid try to scam me after checkout and said that I didn’t return one of the keys. She mysteriously found it when I didn’t back down. I probably will not stay at this property or recommend this again because of that incident. Ten owner was cool though.

Nice Location, Needs Updated

Overall a decent stay. Needs updating. Might stay again if price is right. Pros: beds are not bad, clean, close to boardwalk, friendly lady at check-in, view of beach Cons: was caught off guard when they asked for dog payment upfront (my fault, I thought I paid it in advance), the price for dogs is a little steep, toilet doesn't flush correctly, shower pressure is low, windows do not open, some lamps do not have bulbs in them, no dead bolt lock as listed, NO smoke detectors as listed, no screen in back door, most outlets do not work, fridge does not have a light and doesn't get very cold, tv has limited channels (couldn't find local news), porch is slanted, railing is loose on staircase, microwave works but has no light or numbers on the screen, no spices as listed, no wifi (originally it said in the listing wifi was available, since then it has been updated), no outdoor shower as listed, parking is a little tight, smelly garbage is right outside the steps, the door frame is coming off, limited dishes, nosey neighbors across the road

The price of the dogs is advertised on the listing. It is 25 per pet per night. The guest attempted to lie about the number of dogs to avoid paying. The guest never mentioned any of the maintenance issues to us during her stay. None of them are true this review is baseless and false. We have never advertised Wifi. The TV is a dish Newtork cable package with over 300 channels. There are outdoor showers. Veronica wasn't the one who checked in her husband did so maybe she missed the check in info.
