This property met the needs of my extended family very nicely. The yard was so spacious and the pool was a great size for 16 people (adults and children) Check in was easy and even though there was 1 little hiccup it was quickly resolved by the host and we moved on with our weekend. Communication was excellent and we would absolutely return.

Great Property for Family Vacation

We had ages of 2-72, total of 10 people, and the property was great for us. So many ways for the kids to play inside and out. The pool and spa were perfect! We enjoyed being in a quiet area yet close enough drive to downtown Palm Springs, golfing, Joshua Tree.

great house by the palm springs wave pool

We had a great stay at Annas house, we came with the high school girls surf team and went to the wave pool, the house was only 20 minutes if that from the wave pool, a great location and ample space for the girls. Great Jacuzzi to warm up in, and a huge backyard. We enjoyed our stay and will definetly be back again at Annas place. thank you, Kathy Saffell

I rented two properties from Anna and her team. They were both perfect for the size of our party and all the amenities were exactly if not better than what we listed. I will definitely rent from them again should I visit the greater Palm Springs area.

Quality family time in the desert

Well maintained, clean and very spacious. Having an armoire or chest in the master would help to unpack clothing. Totally enjoyable and would love to return when it’s not so hot. Too hot to enjoy the pool and beautiful outdoors.

Family Vacation

The house was large, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you should need. We liked all of the indoor and out door games for everyone. The pool was so refreshing and a good size. Unfortunately some of the beds in the 5 bed room were worn and very uncomfortable. The main bathroom off the main ensuite did not drain fast and at the end of your shower you were standing in water. There was only one working umbrella so beside the trees there was not much Sade around the pool area. Over all the family had a great time.

Perfect House For Large Groups

I rented this property for a bachelor party with 14 total people, and it couldn't have been more perfect! Plenty of beds, huge wide open living room area with a giant TV, massive backyard with all sorts of activities, perfect sized pool, and more than enough outdoor chairs to seat everyone. The location was perfect... 15-20 minutes away from the airport. We played a bunch of golf, and it seemed like every course was exactly 15 minutes away from the house. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The only difficulty we had was not receiving the gate code and door code in advance, but the property manager was extremely responsive, responding within a few minutes with answers to any questions we have. I've rented about ten different properties in Palm Springs over the years, and this was by far the best place we've ever stayed! Highly recommend for any large groups, and we hope to stay here again for all future trips!

Great for large family gathering

Our family of 10 (8 adults ages 32-70 and 2 children ages 4 and 7) found this 5 bedroom home very spacious. Lots of outdoorspace and activities to engage all (swimming pool, hot tub, basketball, soccer net, volleyball net, corn hole as well as indoor basketball game and pinball). Multiple TVs. Not much in immediate neighborhood, but we had day trips to Joshua Tree and the Palm Springs tram. In mid-December, the pool and hot tub were still quite cool despite paying for heating. We missed kitchen towels and a few kitchen things (measuring cups and spoons), but many spices and extras still in the cabinets. On our first night here (a Saturday), there was loud music nearby til 2 am. Quick response to our comments/questions.

Not what was expected

I'll start by saying that the host was nice and responds quickly and the unit was very clean, however we had many issues with this property. First off, basketball machine and foosball were both broken. There was no air hockey or pinball as indicated in the listing. Kitchen had mix matched plates, not enough knives or bowls, and old scratched pans. Living room furniture was stained and dining chairs were broken. 2 of the 3 bathrooms doors didn't lock and the shower didn't drain. The smoke detector chirped all night on our first night which ruined the sleep of some of the guests. There is no storage or hangers for clothes in the master bedroom. The trash on the side of the house was overflowing before we arrived. Finally, I was charged a different amount for early check in then what was listed on VRBO and the host changed the check out time then what was agreed upon in the reservation confirmation. Suffice to say, we won't stay here again.
