On the second floor is the first bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. On the third floor is the third bedroom offers a king bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

This complex is just a short walk from the Sea Pines Racquet Club and the Harbour Town Golf Links.
