Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place wet or dirty towels in the tub or shower Be sure to refrigerate any food items that you must leave behind. Turn OFF the heat to private pool or hot tub Depart on time: (normally 11:00 AM).
You may return the keys to the lockbox upon departure or leave on kitchen counter and lock up. Text 760-902-1960 that you have departed. We will come pick up keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must provide mailing or physical address upon booking for a vacation rental agreement. Minimum 30 night reservation.
Guest must complete/return a vacation rental lease agreement and acknowledge receipt of owner disclosures to complete reservation.
Failure to complete house rules 1 & 2 may result in the reservation being canceled for not agreeing to owner's terms and conditions of occupancy.

Enjoyed Our Holiday There

We had a great one month holiday there. The booking and advance arrangements we made with agent Jeff were excellent and response to our questions were almost immediate every time. The location is a bit off the beaten path for general travelling around the Greater Palm Springs area, so you do need a car, but that didn't take away from our enjoyment of staying there. It is in a quiet gated community that is very well maintained and we met a number of friendly resident owners. Everything inside was clean and equipped with most everything we needed for our stay. There were very few countertop kitchen appliances, so we purchased a few things and left them there. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it.
