We thought the house was great and a good deal. I wish the listing would have told us it was not really a hot tub but just another part of the pool. somedays it was even cooler than the pool. Babies had fun in it, but we pick our stays based on having a hot tub, this one does not.

Nice Stay

Overall the property is Nice. The bathrooms weren't cleaned properly but manageable. The Beds are very comfortable even in the kids rooms. I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful home with lovely decor

My family had a wonderful stay at this location. All of the beds were very comfortable and house decor was very nice. The only con was entering the gate into the resort. It took my guests almost 2 hours to enter after reaching the resort.

We loved the house and the Oreo cookies were a nice touch! Everything was clean and well taken care of. However, what impressed me the most was how responsive the host was. I only had to reach out once to have more water added to the pool but someone came by that day and it was a holiday! I really appreciated the fast response!!!

Fabulous Vacation Property

Great property! True to description. Reaponsive owner. Great neighborhood close to all attractions. There was stillnew homes being built on the street but crews were very courtious. We enjoyed everything about our stay at this property. Was a home away from home comfort!

Fun time!

The house was set up well for our family of seven that stayed the week. We loved having our own bathrooms attached to four of the bedrooms. Furniture and beds were in great shape and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few kitchen towels and pot holders for hot pans out of the oven. Only one kitchen towel, no pot holders! The main living area could use a bigger TV, 50 inches is way too small for the area. The pool area was nice and having no neighbors behind us was very nice.

Overall great stay

It was clean, organized, and spacious. The pool was fun and the little water park area was nice. Checking in to the actual property can be hectic and traffic in the area is a bit rough. We had a few hiccups but our host was very quick to respond and help us. The basic kitchen supplies are there but a suggestion would be to add more bath towels. They had like one towel in each room. There was like 8-10 pool towels though. Also know that there are only a small number of parking spots at the water park area so be prepared to walk (which may be a long walk). Would stay again!

Wonderful experience but just 1-2 downfallls

The overall experience was amazing. Despite having the change the access code to the door. Other then that it was most definitely the best experience I ever had. Very very good neighbor with nice neighbors. It’s not a bad thing but my only downfall was the parking on the street. 2 of my friends cars got TOWED without notice.

Too many small issues

Usually I do not leave a negative review… however this property had too many small issues.. The communication with the agent was poor and rushed w/o providing actual information or guidance. Basically replied to say they replied. Paid for pool heat and received the heat mid way into the stay (day and a half later) Snake in the pool Toilet on 2nd floor didn’t work Jacuzzi didn’t work for the entire stay (horrible) contacted the agent multiple times and nothing was done.. not even a refund for the pool heat.. no point of pool heat w/o jacuzzi working Check in/ reentering the property (sucked, one lane) Temperature of the house… could not get the home cool (sticker on the wall recommends 75 I think the temperature was controlled from outside of the home) Good things: Location No next door neighbor (building a homes to the right of the house) Quiet Clean Home pictures match the house Guest bathroom down stairs in addition to the two bedrooms downstairs Better supplies compare to other homes (tissue, soap, etc) Overall, not that bad of a stay… I just won’t be back.
