Great condo!!

We were very happy with our stay at this condo! Convenient to everything and very clean. Plenty of space for our family and great porch. Everything from check in to guest requests was easy to navigate. Will definitely be back.

Winter get a way

The condo was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The beach was across the road. We would definitely come here again.

This place was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone, and a very nice and clean space. Great porch balcony overlooking 30A, great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Private beach access is directly across the street from the property, just a very short walk. It was of course the beautiful beach you expect when visiting the 30A area, with the option of renting an umbrella and chairs as you enter the beach. We really enjoyed the location as well, Seagrove feels a bit more relaxed than some of the more bustling towns. The complimentary bikes were a plus as well. We rode to Pecan Jacks (Ice Cream) and multiple coffee and donut shops. We took the short drive to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach for dinner or shopping with no issues. There can certainly be traffic depending on the time you go, but if you're used to this area it's expected. The Perfect Pig restaurant is located on the first floor of the property and was excellent. We enjoyed both a breakfast and a dinner there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back or recommend to others.

Love love love

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and very clean. It was spacious and perfect for our 21 month old to run around. The private beach access was great except for it doesn’t mean that we can sit anywhere on the beach there is still blocked off areas but we still didn’t have to walk far at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly placed

This was a wonderful place, nestled atop the Perfect Pig, our go-to breakfast every day! The beach access was a breeze and a super easy walk, even for 85-year old Grandma! We even did some shopping at SoHo, which is a sweet boutique on the first floor of the building. We had a relaxing mini-vacay and will definitely book this same spot again!

Beautiful property

My BFF and another friend stayed for 4 nights. The property was beautiful we really enjoyed it. We had some trouble operating the tv so I think some instructions would help. Be careful coming through the gate across the street from the beach as it is uneven. I fell and broke my ankle but we still enjoyed our time there.

Southbound

Had a great time. Loved it. The bikes really came in handy for our 17 yr olds. They had a blast not having to walk everywhere. I would just add that you may want to put written sign telling the purpose of the fabs. I kept trying to read the sign above them but it said something else. We didn't realize what the key fabs were for until we tried to go to the beach. We figured it out pretty quickly. Haha

Great Property!

My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old and were thoroughly pleased with this property! The master bedroom closet would be big enough to accommodate a pack n play if you have a little one but we were able to put our little one in the bunk room and still had space for another guest. Kitchen was fully stocked and we brought extras of the essential household products. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well as games, cable TV, and access to streaming services. Noise was very minimal on the third floor and there is an elevator to get up and down. We drove to Grayton State Park which was 12 min drive but there is a private beach access (with fobs provided) where you could rent an umbrella and chairs if you wanted, or set up your own stuff in the designated 50ft space. They also provided beach toys on the back deck! The checkout process was very easy also! We will definitely stay here again.
