About this property

Panoramic Santeetlah Lake and Mountain Views in Quiet WNC Cove

Like something from a movie set, the views from our lake house getaway are simply spectacular. Perfect for 1 to 3 families, you’ll find our home has been lovingly curated to provide a peaceful and relaxing experience in scenic western North Carolina.

LIVING SPACES

The two-story living room with a dramatic stone fireplace is the heart of the home. Dressed with buttery-soft leather furnishings, this is the perfect family gathering place. Whether it’s to curl up with a book, stream a favorite show or movie on the TV above the fireplace, or simply sit around and talk, this spot will undoubtedly hold a lot of precious memories.

The basement holds a second living room. A colorful area rug sits atop hardwood floors, forming a cozy conversation area around a plush sofa, loveseat, and coffee table. A daybed sits against the wall, perfect for an afternoon nap or additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The spacious kitchen is flooded with natural sunlight. Here, the family chef will be surrounded by modern appliances and fixtures, making it a pleasure to create the family’s favorite meals. Features here include stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a unique tiled backsplash. The generous center island with on-point pendant lighting seats 4.

The entire family can savor home cooked meals together in the adjacent dining room at the large round table.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

With bedrooms on three levels, everyone is sure to find their ideal place!

Up in the open loft, we’ve outfitted this area with a double bed and a futon for reading, relaxing, or additional sleeping space. The private bath offers a walk-in shower.

The first of two primary suites is located on the main floor, with a king bed and ensuite bath featuring a tub/shower.

The second primary suite is on the basement level, and offers a queen bed and private ensuite bath with tub/shower.

Also in the basement is the bunk room, featuring two double-over-double bunk beds, with access to a full bath with a walk-in shower.

To make bedtime easier for our youngest guests (and their parents), we also provide a pack n’ play.

Feel free to pack light! The house is equipped with a washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

It’s hard to do it proper justice.

Sitting directly on Lake Santeetlah, you’ll want to simply sit and drink in the views of the water with the mountain backdrop.

Our outdoor living rooms come equipped with both generous living and dining spaces, where you may, understandably, choose to spend the majority of your time. Upstairs, we also provide plenty of rocking chairs, as well as a wood-burning fireplace.

In the mornings, it’s the perfect spot to sip on a cup of coffee as the sun comes up. In the evenings, enjoy a cocktail or an Irish coffee in front of a crackling fire, as you listen to the sounds of nature.

The lake is available for your use and enjoyment.

Please note: No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or events. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
