Exactly as described and CLEAN. Beds were very comfortable! View of pond was fun and kids loved watching ducks! Pools are phenomenal and you really don't have to leave! Our 1st time to Orlando and it was wonderful and when i locked myself out on accident they replaced my key without issues! Whew. It was a great trip and the condo was spacious and fully equipped!

Clean, bigger than expected, and super nice! The beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable! I know this is a silly thing, but I was so obsessed with the amenities in the bathroom that I ordered some for my house! They smell great and made my hair feel so freaking soft! We will definitely be booking this condo again!

The location was perfect, we were expecting a lot more!! The room was very dirty when speaking with someone about it they never showed up to clean or fix the issue. Not pleased!

We are so sorry about your experience! This is a timeshare resort and we have stayed there many times and have NEVER experienced what you describe. We have only received 5.0 ratings for this resort and wished you would have reach out to us so that we could have intervened. We would have done our best to make sure it was taken care of immediately. We did let Bluegreen timeshare know your complaints along with the Fountains Resort. They have no record of any issues other than a TV issue that was resolved. They also noted that they granted you a late check out (noon). Nice Property

The property was nice. The unit was extremely outdated. Appliances were old and rusted. Had to call to get a Keurig coffee pot, in addition, none of the lights switches in the bathroom worked. The floors were uneven, and there was very little soundproofing between. In addition, when we went to leave, you could not get a card for over an hour we had to carry everything down. I stayed at this property many times. This is the most disappointing time for me.

Hi Janice, I am so sorry you found the resort less than acceptable. We have not experienced that during our many stays at the resort. I hope you called customer service to fix the lights in the bathrooms (I’m assuming a fuse needed adjusted). All units have a coffee pot, most vacationers enjoy having a pot of coffee through out the morning but I was glad to hear you called for a Kuerig to meet your needs. If you have pictures of the uneven floors please send so we can file a formal complaint. I hope you reconsider staying again. The amenities are outstanding. The location is great along with being reasonably price. Thanks again for booking.

Great Family Trip

We stayed here with plans to go to Universal Studios and had a blast. The process to check-in was pretty simple and they even gave us access to the property and pool area while we waited for the cleaning crew to get done. They also ended up letting us check in a little early. The place also had all necessities (dishes, soap, etc.) and was clean- very comfortable beds. The completely screened in porch area was also nice with the kiddos. We were in building 10, which was right in front of the biggest pool area, which was complete with a tiki bar, kid play area, slide, and splash pad, etc. The property also has planned activities and an arcade, so our kids had fun making slime and playing in the arcade when the weather was not as cooperative. Overall, had a great time. :)
