Absolutely beautiful property in excellent condition. Huge master bedroom with Jacuzzi and shower. 4 other bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Was very comfortable for 9 adults and 2 teenagers. Hottub and pool great for afternoon relaxing. House includes just about anything available for spending time; TV, music throughout the house, books, games, etc. Very short walk to the beach with everything available for all ages; towels, umbrellas, chairs, beach games,bicycles, etc. Walking distance to Wawa, shops and restaurants. Very friendly owner checked in to see if we needed anything. We had a fabulous week staying there,

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for the 10 of us, 7 adults & 3 children. The location was close to everything we needed yet was on a quiet street.

Wonderful Family Vacay!

Loved the property! Great amenities and location. Loved the sizes of rooms and appreciated number of bathrooms. Really loved Brigantine, no crazy traffic, everything nearby and beautiful beach. Made for a great vacation! Terrific hosts as well!

FANTASTIC STAY

Fantastic stay.. Must say this is at the Top of the list in my rental experiences.The house was amazing set up for all your needs plenty of space it was very comfortable and everything you needed was there.I definitely would be looking forward to staying here again. Wonderful time at Family Tides

We had a fantastic experience and did not want to leave. The home was gorgeous and situated perfectly between the beach and all the great shops and restaurants in town. The owners were wonderful to work with and thought of everything to make the stay as carefree as possible. We are already talking about our next trip back. Thank you for a perfect summer vacation with friends and family.

Perfect Beach Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well equipped home that worked well for our extended family ages 5-90! Bryan and Mary Ann were so helpful and communicative and the house is so thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to feel at home and pampered. The location just a half block from the beautiful beach was ideal for ease of access for the older members of our family and the beautiful pool/spa was enjoyed by all. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Vacation

This property was even nicer in person than in the pictures. I have always wanted to take my family on a family vacation. Family Tides had everything I wanted in a vacation home. It was wonderful having family around so close, yet, the place was big enough not to be on top of each other. I enjoyed sitting on the porch having my morning coffee, and I loved the elevator it made my getting around so much easier. It was the best vacation I had in years and I would stay there again.

Best beach house

The home owners thought of everything!! The House was perfect with the pool and hot tub to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The kitchenette downstairs had all the grilling essentials which made it easy plus a small fridge for our teenagers. We would recommend this home hands down and can’t wait to return!

Great house and location!

My family and I were so happy with this house! The pictures are spot on and you can’t beat the location. The owners were very helpful and responsive and gave us an overview of all the house details after we checked in. They also provided a binder of all of the information we would need for our week. There’s so much outdoor space to relax, have a meal, get some sun, or find some shade. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and right up the street from the beach. We would definitely rent here again!

Brigantine at it's Best!

The property is everything described and more! The house is bright, comfortable, warm and spacious. It has every amenity anyone can want. The neighborhood is so inviting and the neighbors are great. Brian & Mary Ann and phenomenal hosts. They were inviting and made sure we felt at home and were available to answer any question. Truly wonderful people!! The property and the hosts deserve 5 plus plus plus stars!

Don’t hesitate — book this one!

Ugh, I wrote up a literal 1500-word essay on why this property is awesome but it got lost in the void when I tried to submit it! Ughhh. Anyway, trust me when I say my whole extended family had an amazing time here, especially in the pool! Gorgeous home and such a quick walk to the beach!
