There are plenty of Lyft drivers available and costs $15 to get to a theme park, $30 to Orlando International Airport

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- A baseline of setting of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May - Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM - 12AM).
- During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.
Parking & access instructions:
"The gate is manned 24/7, so there is no gate code. Simply state you're staying at 1756 Lima Ave and be prepared to provide your Driver's ID if required.

You will enter via Lima Ave. The home is on the right.

There are 2 places to park:

1) In the driveway. Please be respectful and do not block the sidewalk with your vehicle.

2) Street Parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis."

No smoking, drugs, or illicit substances of any type are allowed on the property.
No parties or events. Family gatherings are okay so long as they do not exceed the occupancy of the home.
No pets unless pre-approved.
Occupancy is to remain exclusively with those in the designated party that booked the reservation unless direct permission from the host is approved.
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM
Please keep all food in the kitchen and downstairs living areas. Food in the bedrooms is not permitted.
No open food or garbage shall be left after check-out.
Physical damage to the property shall be reported immediately.
Please DO NOT use white bath towels to remove make-up or to clean up spills/dirt.
Please use beach towels at the pool; please do not take the white bath towels to the pool.
The pool temperature needs to remain between 80 and 85 unless pool heating is requested. This ensures long-term optimal performance & safety during your stay as recommended by professionals.
As for the hot tub, the temp is set to 101 degrees, however, the way that the system is built, the egg timer on the wall must be engaged for the hot tub to reach those levels. When it is not turned, it will remain roughly the same temperature as the pool.
The air-conditioner will turn off if you leave the sliding glass doors open for more than 10 minutes.
Stove is electric and will remain hot even when the burner is not red. So please be careful and do not leave any cooking utensils on the stovetop.
Everything in the home is inventoried before & after every stay, including but not limited to room decor, dishes, cleaning supplies, soap, remotes, power cords, and attachments, etc. Anything that is missing (without prior notification or agreement of the host) will be replaced at the guest’s cost.
Any violation of house rules may be subject to a fine of up to $500 per offense.
