The furnished, bright, and cozy house has a large living room with television, a modern kitchen with an open dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which one bedroom with bathroom is located on the upper floor.



The elegant saltwater pool, which measures 5x11m and has a depth of 2.20m, is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. The 8 loungers are also cozy and modern, and are at your disposal.



The seating area on the wide terrace is optimally divided. Here you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the beautiful dining table or have the option to prepare a barbecue and enjoy it in the chill-out area. The well-furnished and maintained outdoor spaces will allow you to enjoy the pleasant climate of the island. Breakfasts, lunches, or dinners are a good option in the outdoors of this incredible house.
