Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was convenient to the beach and the pool. Everything was okay with the rental just the area and other tenants around was not the most respectful. We enjoyed our week and kids had no complaints so thats all that mattered to us.

Everything was excellent except the shower area Had mushrooms and mold on the ceiling, and tons of gnats in results to this issue. We typically don’t spend a lot of time in our room. We mostly spend all of our time on the beach, but being that we had tropical storm Bertha come through we were in our room more than normal. Other than that everything was excellent.

We had a great stay at Sugar Sands. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything you needed, and the whole place felt well taken care of. The location was perfect too, close to the beach and nearby restaurants.Beverly was especially helpful throughout our stay. She was very responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to any questions we had during the trip. Traveling with kids can sometimes be stressful, but having a host who communicates well and is willing to help makes a HUGE difference.Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area.

Great Getaway

I enjoyed staying in this cozy little place, reminded me of home. Was very happy with the location. My mom can't walk to far, but she was able to walk over to the beach and enjoy the pool.

We have stayed at this location several times. I love the proximity to the beach.

Love this location, will return again! The beach is very close, the pool was nice and clean. My family and I felt very safe. Wish the bathroom had more storage- a few more hooks to hang up towels and maybe some corner shelves to keep toiletries in the bathroom.

It was a nice place, very clean. The only issue was the limited towels. We stayed 3 nights and there were not enough towels for each night.

We rented this condo because we needed a place for our family of five. It was perfect. We loved the easy beach access and the pool that was right next to the condo. Parking was a breeze and guaranteed so when we wanted to go out to dinner, we didn’t have to worry about having a spot when we got back. Sugar Sands was really communicative and easy to get ahold of. We will 10/10 use them again.

We were very happy with our stay overall. The listing was accurate. Beach access was right across the road. Kitchen was nice except it could use a cutting board and really could use some new pillows they were quite flat. We would stay again.

Nice small condo

We have stayed in this building before. Its a great spot steps from the beach. The building and pool are clean. The condo is in great shape. The A/C stopped working one night and they fixed it fast. Overall a great condo with great service!
