The resort pool will be closed for renovations Sept 5 thru Sept 30, all other resort ammenities will be available. We would love to host your vacation in Central Florida we are located in Paradise Palms Resort, Kissimmee FL, 5 miles from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, this beautiful 1,900 square foot town-home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. With a private living area and fully equipped kitchen, this home is perfect for relaxing together and enjoying each other's company. Also enjoy the screened in private 4-foot deep heated South facing splash pool, 65in TV and Ceiling Fan in the lanai along with a patio dinning table with seating for 6. A great place to unwind after a long day at the Theme Parks or other Orlando area attractions. You can also take full advantage of the resort amenities that include, community pool and hot tubs, cabanas, arcade, fitness center, bar and grill, playground, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, the resort has basketball, tennis rackets and other sporting goods items visitors can use.

Great family home base!

With 4 bedrooms with property was perfect for a multi generational trip! The pool is just the right size for little kids and a perfect cool down place for the adults. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Towels and sheets even pool towels are provided and there are plenty. One thing of note if you order any packages the clubhouse charges a 10 dollar fee to pick it up per package which I don’t remember be told about. Doug was fabulous in his quick responses and effective problem solving for anything we needed. Overall we loved this house and it was perfect for what we needed.

We live in Northwest North Dakota and enjoy going on family vacations to Central Florida to explore all the theme parks. We also love to get away in the winter and spend some time in the sun and warm weather during the brutal cold winters in Noth Dakota.

Why they chose this property

We rented at Paradise Palms Resort a few years ago and had always been looking at buying a vacation home with the idea of renting it out so other families could enjoy the accommodations and make memories at an affordable price. We really enjoyed our stay, the resort amenities, and the quiet small town feel of the resort. While we were staying, I struck up a conversation with a retired couple that spends 2 months every year, for the past 8 years at Paradise Palms, I asked them why? All they said was "Once you stay at Paradise Palms you never will leave." Well in Dec 2021 the stars aligned, and we purchased this property, we have had it painted, removed the carpet installed Vinyl Plank Flooring, put new beds and updated most of the furniture and now it is ready for your family to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Paradise Palms has wonderful amenities, our town home is about 250 steps to the clubhouse, pool, hot tubs, splash pad, movie theater, game room, bar and grill and don't tell anyone but there are Bass in the ponds on the resort and 2 fishing rods and tackle that you can borrow to do some fishing while staying with us.
