Beautifully decorated ocean view condominium with pool just steps to one of the best beaches on Saint Simons. This condominium is located inside a gated complex with private boardwalk to beach and within walking distance to The Saint Simons Village area. There you can find shops, restaurants, casino, swimming pool, putt putt course and the light house museum. This condominium has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is a patio with ocean views. This condominium is sure to be a vacation favorite for you and your family for years to come.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

We enjoyed our week here. We’ve actually stayed in this unit once before. The location is great. The condo was perfect for us and well taken care of. I was worried about having beach items, but they did have some beach chairs, which was a game changer.

Very nice property..Spacious,clean and well equipped! Only have two suggestions : the pool area could use a couple more tables and umbrellas and gate codes need to be correct especially for renters. Overall a wonderful condo !

Great Place

This condo was a great place for our summer vacation. My family was very pleased. Our only complaint was the shower in the front bathroom. Water covered the bathroom and bedroom floor after showering each time. We would stay in this condo again. Thanks for the memories !!
