The adjoining sitting room on the second level boasts classic modern furniture, an oversized flat panel TV, two wonderful skylights to let the light and breezes in and a convertible couch that can turn into a full sized bed in a pinch for unexpected or last minute guests.

For all bedrooms, there are window air conditioners that are installed in the summer months, for in the rare event that the cooling breezes from the Atlantic are not enough to maintain a comfortable environment in the bedrooms.

The efficient modern kitchen is well stocked with a wide variety of quality cooking utensils, a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. The kitchen spice cabinet is also equipped with a variety spices, oils and seasonings that the owners regularly freshen and replenish. If you are looking to cook and entertain during your vacation stay, we are sure that the kitchen will prove to be more than up for your needs. There is also a large propane BBQ grill on the property to meet your needs for outdoor grilling while on vacation. If there is any additional specialty kitchenware that you may require, the owners should be able to accommodate your request within short order.

The main living room has comfortable seating, a stereo, numerous live plants and an oversized flat panel TV. The dining area easily seats six and the table expands to accommodate eight with available leaves. The main bathroom is beautifully designed with modern fittings, including a striking cobalt blue vessel sink and a hand crafted, stained glass window stunningly executed displaying a Hydrangea motif. Numerous live plants, antiques and furniture of uncommon quality and design fill this vacation home and enhance the experience of your stay in your new vacation home in Chatham. Comcast cable is wired to all televisions in the home and high speed wireless internet connectivity is available through the house, deck and grounds.

The home's attached solarium boasts an array of carefully tended live plants as well as an oversized 4 person hot tub that is serviced twice a week and kept sparklingly clean for your relaxation. You enter the solarium from the main family room of the house and, from there, you can walk out to the deck overlooking the spectacular back yard and gardens. If you have children who would like to play outdoors, the backyard leads to the additional quarter acre lot that is also beautifully planted and professionally maintained. As many people who come to Chatham are interested in spending time at the many beaches in town, we provide a wonderful complement of beach chairs, beach umbrellas with sand anchors, coolers and a great array of beach toys for children. We have installed a tremendous oversized Mahogany outdoor shower, in the Cape Cod style, to make returning from the beach to be an easier affair.
