Our stay at the property was overall decent, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. Upon arrival, the house appeared nice and well-located; however, we soon noticed that the sheets had stains, and the dishes, pots, and BBQ grill were not cleaned properly. The dryer also stopped working during our stay. We attempted to contact the person in charge of linens regarding the issues, but there was no response. The host did reach out later that day, but by that point we were preparing to check out.The home itself is spacious and conveniently located near many attractions. The private pool was a nice feature, and we also appreciated having access to the shared property pool. With some updates and more thorough cleaning, this property could offer a much better guest experience. It met our basic needs for a group of 12, though it didn’t quite live up to expectations.

Youth track team visit

We came up from south Florida for a youth track and field meet. The kids enjoyed the theme rooms, pool and of course the internet access. The home was clean and very accessible to the track and shopping/restaurants. The host was also attentive to any issues.

It’s hard to find enough room , cleanliness and comfort all in the same place but we found it here , my family of 9 and 2 of my daughters friends all had a clean and comfortable bed enough bathrooms and enough room in the kitchen it was very nice

The property was close to the community pool and waterslide. There was not much stocked in the house. The property manager was kind and let us check in a little early. The rooms were clean and well stocked with blankets and pillows. The kitchen was not very well stocked. The breaker to some things would trip and I notified the property manager. Overall it was a good stay.

One Night Quick Stay

We had a quick night stay. My only draw backs, after three showers no hot water. Had to wait. The air condition controls required a password to adjust. No password given.

Great place to stay!!

I stayed with another family. There was a total of 7 people. The hostess was wonderful. She was very quick to respond to our questions and issue. She was very nice. She worked very well with us. There was no issues with checking in or out. We did have problems with the gate code going into the resort but that was not their fault and it was fixed by the guard at the gate. There was no issues with getting the code to the house. There was an issue with the air conditioner on our first night and when I texted her she texted back within 5 minutes. She had a repair man at the house that evening. The house is very roomy and spacious. The kids loved the private pool. The area was very quiet and we were close to everything. The description of the house is accurate. I would recommend staying here and we will stay here again. Only suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint at the front entrance and some curtains on the windows. We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with our choice.

Just Right!

Jennifer, was great from my initial inquiry prior to me booking until my very last message prior to leaving her lovely property. The townhouse was great and cozy, 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with a bathroom and laundry. The kitchen was fully equipped. The welcome kit was awesome. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms with an en-suites and another bathroom. The pool is 4ft deep just enough to relax. I reached out to Jennifer about the temperature of the pool and it was addressed the following day. I loved the parking! Ample parking! The neighborhood was lovely, not noisy at all. This property was just right and might all of our needs! I would definitely stay again and recommend you stay also!
