OUTER BANKS

There are plenty of bedrooms and a decently sized common area. In the basement there is a pool table and a dartboard. Outside the basement is a lounge area with a hot tub. There are four TVs in the house that all have Roku. The property dock is a double dock with an upper deck that is good for hanging out. Beautiful lake view from the back of a cove.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Only bagged garbage in the receptacle and leave it at the end of the driveway.

Although the dock is a shared dock, we do not use each others slips. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a boat.
