The house is cozy and very roomy. It’s a very short walk to the beach with very friendly local neighbors. Not far from pier park and all the attractions. We would come back and stay here again multiple times over. The hosts were awesome and readily available whenever we needed them. 100% satisfied

Nice property; great neighborhood.

We couldn’t have asked for a better area to stay in. Easy access, and neighborhood was friendly and safe. I rate as I did because I felt the property needed a deep clean. Things such as inside windows and window ledges, under furniture, etc needed attention. I looked on Vrbo for a particular type of property. We took my parents with us, and I didn’t want anything with steps. Perhaps I missed it in the pictures or description, but there is a small step up into the dining area and into a bedroom. As I feared, my 80 year old mother ended up tripping over it and falling as a result. It isn’t a big step, and probably wouldn’t make a difference to 99% of the people, but my mom was a part of the 1% unfortunately. Im giving it a four star rating because I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that I missed reading about or seeing the step when I booked.
