Fabulous Remodeled Mid-Century Townhouse in South Palm Springs!

Newly remodeled mid-century Krisel townhome in Canyon View Estates community with breathtaking Western views and a fabulous outdoor patio where sunset cocktails are a must! Canyon View Estates is a key feature of Modernism Week, and is often cited as an example of classic Palm Springs architecture. Our house was featured the 2024 tour, and we had over500 people come through, and they overwhelmingly said our house was the best on the tour!

Beautiful common area with an amazing pool and gorgeous grounds. The neighborhood is great for walking and hiking, with downtown Palm Springs within easy driving distance!

The house has all the modern amenities such as all new appliances, Sonos system throughout, heated floors in the bathrooms, and fully automated Lutron lighting and motorized shades always create the perfect mood!!

30 day minimum stay due to local and HOA regulations (although shorter stays can be accommodated by adjustment to nightly rate due to inability to rent to another tenant in a 30 day period).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Absolutely no issues with this property! Completely remodeled with high end finishes. Quiet, private neighborhood with great views of mountains. Responsive ownership. Feel fortunate if you get a chance to stay here.
