The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and had problems with hot water faucet but all in all the view was amazing from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Over all a nice stay. Couldn’t use dishwasher or ice-maker

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the room. I have rented the same one for a few years. This year the ice maker failed me. This is the second year that the dishwasher stunk up my room. I personally do not use it, so when I started smelling a dreadful sour odor, I knew where to look. As per last year, housekeeping did not empty it. The maintenance man said that it should drain through the same place as the disposal, but wasn't. He drained it with a shop vac. No one ever came back out to replace or fix it.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our 2 month stay, clean, and well kept daily, nice warm pool, great hot tub. Great unit, everything was working perfect! No complaints would stay again and would recommend it!

This condo was perfect for our family. It is an older condo but it was clean, updated, & fully equipped. Usually we don’t care about the condo since we spend most of our time outside on the beach and that’s where this place was awesome! The pools were great with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach access was easy and even had a “take one, leave one” toy bin as well as an air pump for inflatables. We will gladly stay here again.

Wonderful

Truely enjoyed our stay at the Summit. This condo was perfect for the two of us, bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We loved that beach chairs came with the rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Summit stay

The room was clean, the two big pools were nice. There is only one ladder for the bunk beds but our kids preferred to sleep on the pull out sofa anyways!

We had a great time! The Summit is a nice, family friendly place. We will definitely be returning. Our condo was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was the dryer. It took hours to dry items after washing. But there is on site laundry available. Overall was a wonderful experience!

Nice place

It was close to many amenities and restaurants. It was clean and everything worked. The water pressure in the shower was a little lite but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Nice pools and hot tubs.

Nice Stay!

All amenities mentioned were available. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar at the pool as well as Bikini Bob's for a quick snack. The master bed was comfortable and there was plenty of sheets and towels. This was perfect to the two of us and we recommend it for any couple.
