Garden level suite, open layout, livingroom with large stone fireplace, 2 bedrooms with large bathroom with jetted whirlpool tub (LED lights and blue tooth speaker), Large eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, private patio with fountain, BBQ grill and firepit. 10x10 dog run with cover and 2 dog houses. Above ground pool and swing for the kiddos as well as a large firepit out front. 11 miles to Laporte, 17 miles to Downtown Fort Collins, 55 miles to Cheyenne, WY, 104 miles from Denver Airport. Several hiking nearby as well as off road adventure areas. Sip your morning coffee in the front yard and watch the rafters pass by!
