Plenty of shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and activities all within walking distance! We had a fantastic stay. Close enough to some fantastic hikes and hot air balloon rides.
The VRBO listing said it had 1.5 baths, but it has only 1. It also lists on-site parking, altho' parking is in a garage 1.5 blocks away. I think the inaccuracies were created by VRBO, not by the host. But overall, it's a very nice apartment, and the location is ideal. It's exactly one block from the plaza. It's very well equipped. The bed is super-comfortable.

Catherine,
I'm glad you enjoyed you stay.
I checked my VRBO listing after reading your review and I coudln't find anywhere that the listing shows it is 1.5 rahter than the actual 1 bathroom.
The parking garage is approximately 500 feet from the building.

Paul and Laurie were gracious and helpful from arrival through checkout. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable and within walking distance to the Plaza, Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, restaurants, Loretta Chapel, the Cathedral, and many other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on our next Santa Fe trip.
This was an amazing VRBO! The place had absolutely everything one would need, and is impeccable. The location is fantastic as all of downtown Santa Fe is walkable, and the hosts provide many "insider" suggestions of restaurants, events, activities. Incredibly accommodating. So don't hesitate - this is a fantastic place to call your home base when visiting Santa Fe.
Lovely VRBO. It was clean, nicely appointed and a Good location, only a couple of blocks from the central plaza, and the Georgia O’Keeffe museum. It was Also near some good restaurants. The owner communicated well and gave a list of recommended restaurants and museums. He responded quickly to any inquiries I had. All in all a good experience.
We had the best time and absolutely loved the condo and it's location. Paul was so informative on where to go, see, and do. The location was prime time! We will be back!!
The suite is roomier than expected, very clean and smartly designed, and located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe such that everything you’d want to see, do, or eat is within walking distance. If you need to drive, the parking garage across the street is both convenient and safe. The restaurant below the suite, Tres Colores, acts as a default restaurant for the suite and is an excellent place for breakfast and lunch. We will recommend this accommodation to any family or friends traveling to Santa Fe.
I enjoyed my stay at this place. It is very beautifully set up and very comfortable. The location is great, not right in the middle of everything, but very close.
We loved our stay at the Santa Fe Historic Plaza. Home had all of the amentities we need and a parking spot in a garage. Close to lots of amentities in the plaza.
The property is really in an ideal location and walkable to just about everything. It was well designed and comfortable too. We really appreciated how clean and well-cared for it was as well. Paul was great with communication.
The Condo was very nice with a comfortable King size bed, roomy living area, and functional kitchenette -- microwave and toaster, but no dishwasher.Just two blocks to the town center square, and wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. There also a free shuttle bus that goes up Canyon road to art galleries.

About the host
Hosted by Paul DeDomenico
I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.
We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.
We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.
