Loved this property! The inside was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Very comfy beds. Close to the beach. The fully fenced in yard made this the first year bringing our dogs was not a stress. They were able to run around and get their energy out. Also had a good gate at the top of the stairs. We will definitely be returning.

Beware. This property needs major structural repair and does not feel safe. It moves in the wind and the piers underneath the home are completely rotted. Many of them are barely if at all attached. The owner told me that he was supposed to have them replaced in the spring of 2026 but the contractor did not show so now he will do it in the fall. But he is still renting out the house when it doesn't feel safe. There are no outside lights working down stairs and the list goes on. The house was also not clean, had a major ant problem and does not have much of what it says it does. No wagon as in the pictures, kitchen pans are awful, furniture is dirty. Great location but house needs major work on the exterior and TLC on the interior.Beware if you are staying here in summer 2026 before he has work done as the piers holding the house need to be replaced and I would not want to be there in a storm. We have stayed in many many Beach rentals and have never had a rental in such poor condition. Old is one thing and fine, but old and falling apart, not safe and dirty is not.. Not for any price.

Thank you for your feedback. For clarity: no issues were reported until the last night of your 8-day stay. Once notified, I quickly headed to your location to address any and all concerns. Upon my arrival, you would not allow me inside to inspect or take care of anything. The home is an elevated beach house, and slight movement in coastal wind is normal. The downstairs lights were on a tripped breaker which could have been easily fixed if I was allowed to enter the home. Cleanliness concerns were limited to dust on top of the refrigerator, and some furniture dirt which may have come from the three dogs you brought. No ant issues were reported during your stay, otherwise, we would have addressed it immediately. Per our agreement, guests are required to notify us of any issues within the first few hours of their stay. We encourage guests to contact us promptly during their stay so we can resolve any issues or concerns in real time. We’re glad you enjoyed the location.

Had a great time. I thought there were 3 indoor bathrooms. Would be better if all rooms had tv in them. The 2nd bathroom water backs up from somewhere else n stopper in sink won't stay up to let water drain.

Stay at Southern Breeze!

I stayed with a friend & my 20 year old daughter & her boyfriend. The layout was perfect! I enjoyed watching the gulf from the deck & saw dolphins one afternoon. Easy walk to the beach. Check out the breakfast options at the Taqueria across the street!!! Paul was quick to respond to any messages. I would stay here again.

I definitely book rentals because of good reviews…. And I’m gonna leave another good one for this house. Great host…. You can tell by how thoughtfully this house is stocked. We did not need for one thing, everything was there at the house. It is older home but beautifully remodeled like a brand new build Inside.

The house was exactly what we needed, and the big fenced yard was a big plus for the dogs. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable, and the beach is a couple hundred yards away (second row, but you have to walk down a couple houses to get to the access road.) There is a major beach replenishment project underway (June '25) which may eventually impact the closest beach for a period later this summer. Once it's done, it will be a big beach improvement. We'll likely rent again.

Perfect place for us

Beachview, 2 mins walk to the beach, wide breezy balcony facing the beach, plenty of seating outside and kitchen fully stocked with dishes/cups/cooking supplies made it very suitable for our stay. It was my granddaughter's birthday so a total of 30 people enjoyed the downstairs area with 3 picnic tables, lots of plastic chairs, and a charcoal grill. Thank you Paul for everything.

Great place!

This was a perfect for us. 4 women. We each had our own bedroom and two shared each bathroom. There is no master suite but that worked better for us. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on opposite sides of the kitchen and living areas. Kitchen wares extremely well stocked. I think there may have even been a crock pot! Outside deck was spacious with a clear view of the water and you could hear the waves. Location is one back from beach front and an easy walk. Probably not even 5 min! Fenced yard was such a plus because we had dogs with us. Host Paul responded quickly to every message! We’d go back in a heartbeat!

The house is close to the beach (2nd row within a half block to access), and very comfortable. The beds are good, the kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is comfortable with plenty of seating. The porch is large with lots of seating both in the sun and in shaded areas and a beach view. The fenced yard is huge, which the dogs enjoyed, being able to go downstairs on their own. The entire lower level under the house is paved, with tables, seating, a shower, and large gates. AC works great. We have been here before and will definitely be back, as it's ideal for our extended family.
