Clean and tidy house

The house was beautiful and clean. Convenient location. Property manager was always available. My kids enjoyed the pool, however I felt like my kids were being watched the whole time because of the camera in the pool area. It felt uncomfortable after I contacted them about a broken pool toy, told them I would replace it and they just asked me to put them away in the garage, so that was a bummer and after that it just felt uncomfortable to even walk around the house.

Regarding your comments about the pool camera - - we do not have these in place to make anyone feel uncomfortable or to monitor our guests. We simply use them to periodically check on the condition of the home during vacancies and to provide any relevant detail should there be a pool accident. As for the pool toys, our response was meant for you to only put the broken toy in the garage, we never intended for you to feel as if you couldn't use the other toys. Apologies for the miscommunication on that front. You treated our home as if it were yours, leaving it clean and well cared for and we loved having you as a guest.
