Great House, Amazing Service!

The house was well-appointed, clean, ready prior to check in, and a great location. The property manager was friendly, communicative, and a prompt responder. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again!

Excellent property in an excellent location

This house was clean and updated. Beds, couches, and seating were comfortable. House was kid-friendly; safe for our 3 year old. Location was great for walking to Camp WaterColor (the main kids pools) which is important because unfortunately Camp WaterColor has very limited free parking. My best VRBO experience thus far.

We had a fabulous stay in Watercolor in this gorgeous home!!! It was extremely clean & had access to all Watercolor amenities!!! It was in a wonderful location!! We enjoyed riding bikes & cruising on the golf cart!!! 100% renting this fabulous home!!!

Family Spring Break in Watercolor

The property was perfectly located for our family and young kids. Camp watercolor was walking distance from the home. Accessing the beach club was easy with the included golf cart and bicycles. The home was clean, had all the amenities we needed and enough space for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. We would definitely book this property again.

Dune Rental is a Great Manager

Bree from Dune did a great job for us! She communicated clearly ahead of time and helped answer our questions quickly throughout the week. The house was clean and was in a great location.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home. The house was very clean, exactly as pictured, and all of the rooms were comfortable. Everything was well maintained, well organized, and thoughtfully stocked.The kitchen was especially impressive. It had plenty of supplies, and everything was clearly labeled, making it easy to find what you needed. The induction cooktop took us a minute to get used to since it requires compatible cookware, but it’s a nice safety feature, especially if you’re traveling with young children.The included golf cart was a great addition and made it easy to get to WaterColor, Seaside, the beach, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. Base Camp WaterColor was a big hit with our kids, and we really enjoyed the pools and activities there.One tip for future guests: if you’re using the WaterColor beach access, you don’t need to pack beach towels. Towels are provided at the beach and at the pools, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, while there is golf cart parking near the beach, it can require payment depending on where you park. We found the trolley to be an easy, convenient way to get to the beach without worrying about parking.Overall, this is a fantastic property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in great condition, and we’d absolutely stay here again.

House and location were great. It is time to replace the downstairs master mattress. There is a ditch in the middle.

Great house in Watercolor! Clean and comfy. It had everything we were looking for. We have stayed in Watercolor numerous times before and this was the best home we have ever stayed in in Watercolor!
