With the capability of sleeping 5/6, but perfect for even a couple , this house has an open floor plan, new smart TVs , fast internet, wonderful decorations and privacy. Only 10 minutes to Venice Beach, Sharkys pier, Historic downtown or Nakomis beach, The private neighborhood location is the best of both worlds ! This home has a small rear apartment that is sometimes occupied as well.
