The pearl Resort/ Bridgewater is conveniently located off Hwy. 17 between Pawleys Island and Litchfield in SC. Resort is situated on the ocean with great views and easy accessible to the beach. The condo we rented for the past two years has everything you need for a perfect visit . Very clean and equipped with everything you might need. We will be returning.

Great location! Beachfront with pool and lazy river. Rental company on site to rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. Unit was great except for high humidity and fairly strong musty odor.

We stay at the Bridgewater every year and this was one of the nicest condo's we have stayed in. The check-in was simple easy - I really appreciated that! The view from the room is great and condo is comfortably furnished. We travel with friends and really appreciated the large dining room table for our game nights. Our friend's condo only had a table for two. The video they provided on how to operate the TV was a great idea and appreciated. We have already booked it again for next year!

Condo was nicer that the pictures show. Great view of the beach and in a great location. It had everything we needed for a quick getaway. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

The room was very clean and had a great view of the beach. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries. Room is also far enough away from the elevators that you don’t hear dinging all night. Resort has a great walking trail. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our time at Ocean Pearl. The property has a resort feel. It is gated so we felt very safe and the grounds are beautiful. It is conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was clean and well appointed and the views from the deck are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
