Completely renovated in 2019 and comfortably and functionally furnished, this apartment is located on the kilometer-long sandy beach in the Roquetas de Mar residential area, just a few metres from the Punta Entisas-Sabinar Nature Park. The seaside promenade, with its adjacent sandy beach and a wide variety of recreational and dining options, is only about 30 metres away (cycling, jogging, skating, lounge chair and boat rentals). The Playa Serena Golf Club is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the ski resort is 2 hours away.

The accommodation
The apartment (approx. 38 square metres), equipped with air conditioning and heating, features two spacious balconies facing the garden. One of these is covered and offers pleasant shade on warm days, while the second balcony is furnished with two lounge chairs and a large umbrella.
Thanks to the apartment’s unparalleled location, you’ll find peace and relaxation here, yet at the same time, a wide range of restaurants, cafés, tapas bars, beach chiringuitos, supermarkets, and a bakery are all within walking distance, as well as a bus stop, a taxi rank, (German-speaking) pharmacies and doctors, and a variety of shops.
Access to the first-floor apartment is via a private outdoor staircase and a gallery with outdoor lighting at the end of Avenida de Entremares (a cul-de-sac with parking available in front of the building). The apartment is equipped with an entry door featuring a deadbolt lock, as well as windows and doors that can be secured with bars or roller shutters.

A small entryway with a mirror and a coat rack leads to all the rooms. The cosy and functional living and dining room features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and modern appliances: fridge-freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and both a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine, as well as mood lighting in all colours with a remote control. The living room features a modern couch with a chaise longue, as well as a TV (satellite/cable; German and international channels) and a radio. A selection of books in German, English, and Spanish, as well as music CDs, is available to guests during their stay.
The bedroom features several built-in closets and a double bed measuring approximately 1.60 x 2.00 metres, nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a desk with an office chair for guests who wish to combine comfort with productivity.
Bathroom amenities: shower, toilet, sink, large mirror, cabinets, hair dryer, hot water heater, and top-loading washing machine (a drying rack, clothes pegs, a clothesline, an iron, and an ironing board are also provided in the apartment).
