DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOME LIKE MANY IN THE AREA, DOES NOT HAVE A/C.
PARKING:
Two spaces (TANDEM). One space in the garage, and the other in the carport (left side of the property only)
LAUNDRY:
Washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
