Welcome to SEA HEAVEN! Hot tub, beautiful views from both levels, and steps to the beach! Family-friendly Sea Heaven features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is located on beautiful Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Sea Heaven is the perfect home base as you explore all Cape Hatteras National Seashore has to offer. Smoke-free, pet-free home. Sleeps 12.

This private home features:

Hot Tub - Relax in the hot tub or let the sea breeze gently rock you to sleep as you lounge in one of the swinging hammock chairs located on the covered lower deck.

5 Bedrooms: (Sleeps 12) Linens provided. All 5 bedrooms and laundry area are located on the first level.

Bedroom 1: Queen Master Suite with private bath and lower deck access to hot tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with lower deck access to hot tub.

Bedroom 3: Queen Master Suite with private bath.

Bedroom 4: Twin daybed with trundle (Sleeps 2 children)

Bedroom 5: Bunk room with 2 bunk beds (Sleeps 4 children)

3.5 Baths - 2 full private baths in Queen master suites and 1 shared full bath with double vanity centrally located in hallway on lower level, 1 half bath on upper level.

Spacious open living area on second level with beautiful ocean views while washing dishes in the kitchen, eating at the dining table, watching tv from the couch or relaxing on the wide sundeck!

Fully stocked kitchen for family entertaining! Brand new appliances, refrigerator with ice-maker, large stockpots for seafood boils, crab mallets and picks, roasting pans, crockpot, electric griddle, electric can opener, 4 slice Cuisinart toaster, Cuisinart blender, Cuisinart cutlery, hand mixer, rolling pin, plenty of serving bowls & platters, measuring spoons, measuring cups, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, kid-friendly plates and cups, glass storage containers, tupperware & more!

Coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker , 14 cup Cuisinart drip Coffee Maker and Moka pot for espresso lovers. Assorted coffee pods,teas and sugars available.

Serve dinner at the dining table that can comfortably seat 8 or belly up to the breakfast bar that seats 4.

Wide upper level sundeck! Enjoy dinner or cocktails under the stars on the spacious sundeck where you will find a picnic table that seats 6, a bar height table and chairs for 2 and 2 Adirondack rockers just for relaxing or stargazing.

Relax in the cozy living area with ocean views, a 60-inch Smart TV with ROKU, an XBOX 360, DVD player and plenty of board games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

Welcome Basket - Guests are treated to a welcome basket filled with an assortment of snacks. We also provide assorted coffee and tea for our coffee bar and starter supplies that include dishwashing liquid & dishwasher pods, kitchen sponge, paper towel roll, toilet paper and hand soap.

Great location that is within 1 minute walk to beach. Kitchen well stocked. The washing machine had an issue the first time we used it, but notified the owners and they had it fixed by next day. Definitely recommend.

The host was great, very communicative, and accommodating! The property was very clean, nicely decorated, had appropriate utensils and pots for cooking, even had a nice welcome basket for arrival. Plenty of parking and close proximity to the beach! Rodanthe is a nice quiet town 30 minutes from Nags Head, so you can choose to stay at your house or visit many of the attractions on the island. Amazing location

We just returned from a wonderful week in Rodanthe. We had 5 teenagers, an infant and 6 adults. The house was great for our group. Kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The deck's have amazing views and comfortable furniture. They supplied bikes, chairs, surfboards and sand toys for the beach - all in really good shape. But the best part - the proximity to the beach! You are literally 100 feet from the beach, which was almost deserted. We are already talking about two weeks next year!

Wonderful family vacation

I am so happy that I chose Sea Heaven for our family vacation. We were celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary and my daughter and son-in-laws 10th Anniversary. My daughter and her husband renewed their vows on the beach. Sea Heaven is a beautiful home and just as described online. It was very clean. Stephanie and Greg have thought of everything. There was nothing at all that we needed that was not provided. They even have beach bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a surf board. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we did cook several nights. The view is beautiful! My parents don’t go out to sit on the beach so they enjoyed being able to sit on the sofa and watch the ocean and the grandchildren. The deck is nice and has very nice furniture. There is not one thing that we could complain about. Sea Heaven is a piece of heaven and was the perfect place for our family! Wonderful memories were made! Thank you so much Stephanie and Greg!

Sea Heaven is pure Heaven!

We rented Sea Heaven for our two families to enjoy a week together. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room. the kitchen and living area was the perfect size for dining and watching movies. The bedrooms were all good sizes and decorated very nicely. The property was meticulously clean and the hosts were VERY good with communication. There was an App that we downloaded that had all the information about the property and town etc. which was VERY helpful!! Everything about this property is top-notch. There were sand chairs to use, sand toys and area to wash our feet and an outdoor shower that got a lot of use! The hot tub was an added bonus for sure!! super clean and enough room for us all! My favorite part was the deck and watching the stars at night. Previous houses we rented in the area were too close to the pier to enjoy the stars, but Sea Heaven was in a great spot for star gazing. Even though the property is not RIGHT on the beach, the proximity to walk there was just about the same distance as if we were right on the beach. And honestly it really didnt matter!!! The only thing that we were disappointed about was the fact that we had to leave! I was ready to move in. We loved Sea Heaven and hope to stay there again!!! Thank you Stephanie for sharing your home with us!

Sea Heaven is located in peaceful Rodanthe, the first village located on the north end of Hatteras Island, NC. Rodanthe is a quiet village on Hatteras Island that will transport you to simpler times. The area attracts nature lovers, fishermen, water sports enthusiasts, star-gazers, sun-bathers, history buffs and anyone seeking to just feel the breeze and be at ease. Sea Heaven is nestled on a quiet, natural road made of sand and gravel that leads directly to the beach. We are within walking distance to the iconic home featured in the Nights in Rodanthe movie, the Chicamacomico Life Saving Station Museum and the Rodanthe-Waves-Salvo Community Center which recently completed the build of an amazing, brand new pirate ship themed playground and huge skate park for the kids! Rodanthe Harbor is just up the street where you can put in your kayak or paddle board and watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound.
