We are Seattle natives and truly love our city and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

We have lived in Ravenna since we graduated from UW and love the walkability of the neighborhood and easy access to downtown.

This unit is on the first floor of our home and we live upstairs but have a separate entrance. You will hear us walking around upstairs (we have big teenagers!) but we keep pretty reasonable hours. We live on a hill which might be an issue for people with mobility issues but borrowing our driveway for easier access can be arranged under special circumstances.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a quiet oasis in the middle of the city with easy access to downtown!
