Family trip

The house was a good distance from shops and the lake. The house was clean and provided lots of space for a big family. They had a lot of baby supplies available for use like a hair chair and baby cups.

Very comfortable stay

My family including my eight month old grandson stayed at this beautiful house. We really enjoyed everything and so grateful for the baby items available such as the pac n play, highchair and baby tub. The weather was extremely hot and we were so grateful that this house had air-conditioning! The house is conveniently located near everything.

Beautiful property! Close to the excitement 10-15min. Only downside property is on a main road with cars traveling all hours of the day .

Nice house

Great house and location. Big garage that we could pull into with our ski racks. Lots of natural light and well appointed. Our only qualm was that they didn’t have garbage bag replacements and cleaners left dirty towels in washing machine. Not a big deal, but was annoying especially on our last day when we had to use grocery bags for trash and needed to do laundry. We would definitely stay here again.

I apologize for not being able to connect with our team Suraj. After looking into this, I see your after hours message to a 9am-5pm department on Christmas Eve, and the department was off for the holiday. We have a 24 hour local support number (shared in the checkin information and on the refrigerator in the home) for any time sensitive issues. This is the best way to receive support during a stay. We would have responded if you called this number. We do share this number often once booked, to help ensure guests have access to support if needed, but will see how we can better share the number to keep what happened to you from happening. We are here to help and want to help. I ensured we do have extra blankets in every room and each living area. I hope your next VRBO experience is better. Thank you again for staying with us and letting us know about the issue.
